Orillia Sports Medicine Training

Eleven athletes from the National and Provincial teams  recently attended a training session at Orillia Sports Medicine  Thanks to Steve Walker for tailoring a program specifically for them.  It was a great training session and fun was had by all.  One more session to go in two weeks.
