Orillia Sports Medicine - Session Two

In the second session at Orillia Sports Medicine we had twelve athletes train with Steve Walker.  There was lots of hard work and sweaty athletes when we were done.  There was great feedback from the athletes who definitely had some competition going between each other that was fun to watch.  Please view the two videos for a look at how hard they worked.  Great job Ladies and Gents!!!!
