ORILLIA SPECIAL OLYMPICS

REGISTRATION DAY

SEPTEMBER 10, 2023

Orillia Recreation Center – Multi Purpose Room

All255 West Street South, ORILLIA 1-3 PM

ATHLETES MUST COME IN PERSON TO SIGN ALL PAPERWORK

PAYMENT CAN BE CASH OR CHEQUE PAYABLE TO “SPECIAL OLYMPICS ORILLIA”

BOWLING, BASKETBALL, FLOOR HOCKEY $40.00

SWIMMING AND CURLING $75.00

We welcome new Athletes anytime during the session

Please note:

All athletes going to Provincials (Basketball & Specific Swimmers) will be required to attend Orillia Sports Medicine once a week Thursdays from 5 to 6:00 pm starting January 18, 2024.  The cost for these sessions will be $10.00 and is to be paid at registration.  More information to be provided by the coaches at the start of the season. 

WINTER SPORTS SCHEDULE 2023-2024

CURLING (Fridays) Registration fee      $75.00  

Location:  Orillia Curling Club    500 Atherley Road            Time:   3:15p.m.      Starting Date:   October 13, 2023

NO Jeans allowed.

BASKETBALL (Mondays) Registration fee   $40.00

Location:  Orchard Park Public School   24 Calverley Street  Starting Date:  Monday Oct 16, 2023

Time: 6-8pm  6-7pm Recreational D Division  7-8pm  Competitive C Division                      

N.B.  Remember to bring a water bottle and indoor shoes

Bowling (Tuesdays) Registration fee   $40.00   

Location:  Coldwater Bowling Club                  Starting Date:   October 10, 2023

One Game: $6.00 weekly   Two Games $11.00 weekly   

N.B.  Payment is half year or full year only

 Remember to wear Bowling Shirt weekly

Floor Hockey (Wednesdays) Registration fee $40.00

Location:  Harriett Todd Public School 11 George Street     Time:  6:00pm    Starting Date:  October 11, 2023

N.B.  Remember to bring water bottle and indoor shoes

Swimming (Sundays) Registration fee $75.00

Location: Orillia Recreation Centre   255 West Street                    Time:   4:30 pm Starting Date: November 5, 2023

N.B.  Limited space.   Must be able to swim length of the pool

Figure Skating and Speed Skating - Please ask for more info
